One of the services of DYST is to provide Transition management. Transition management is highly adapted to some company life cycles such as: Debt & Equity Increase, Change management, Restructuration and Management under administration/protection (Redressement Judiciaire, Faillite, Chapter 11, Concurso...)

DYST can assist companies at 2 levels depending ont he needs. The first level is to assist B.O.D. for special assignments taking a temporary director position. The second level is to carry on an executive position to run the operations during the necessary period.
